The community Karen built while she was writing that book — the one she kept referencing, the rooms, the people, the conversations that don't happen anywhere else — it's real, it's open, and it's been waiting for you.
You're not stuck. You're just not decided yet. And there is a whole room full of people who know exactly what that feels like — and refused to stay there.

Karen Grosz What's Next

Rocket, Hammock, Harbor, Scenic Journey, Studio, Getting Ready — find the one that fits where you are right now.
No career-ladder posturing. No keeping up. Just adults figuring out the good stuff, together.
New content every month, live events, and a community manager who actually reads what you write.
Permission to show up exactly as you are. Including the parts still figuring it out. Especially those parts.

You read the whole book. That tells me something about you — you're not looking for a quick fix or a tidy answer. You're looking for something real. That's exactly what we're building over here, one Nexter at a time.
Come find your room. We'll be here.
— Karen
I am so glad there is you.
A word about the rest of the team.
Paul is my husband, newly retired carpenter, Alaska wilderness aficionado, and the man whose name tag almost always says Guest. He is neither a teddy bear nor a grizzly bear — though he has been known to appear as both. He keeps it real around here. I'm so glad he does.
Katmai is a small dark chocolate lab officially titled The Secretary — though personal trainer who does not tolerate laziness is closer to the truth. She bumps me with her nose at 5:00 a.m., thumps walls with her tail, and has strong opinions about when the day should begin. She is, without question, the most enthusiastic member of this operation.
They are probably at the park playing ball about now.
